Recent feedback from a group completing all 5 Foundational SCA Trainings. Thomas did a wonderful job teaching the course. His knowledge and work experience is extremely valuable and his enthusiasm was evident in the presentations. 1/31/2019 12:06 PM The entire 5 day was excellent. The experience is invaluable... Thomas Ameloot was great. He focused on teaching the right amount of content and detail - not too much, not too little; which is perfect for our roles and application. I look forward to hopefully an future training in other Coffee topics down the road. 1/30/2019 12:32 PM I LOVED doing the SCA training. Thomas is a phenomenal teacher and really knows how to break things down for his students. The practicals (hands on) really help give a better understanding and feel to what we were learning in the lectures. @franklincovey @wildlovebakehouse About five years back, I attended a “7 Habits,” Franklin Covey workshop, and it was a neat opportunity to reflect on key aspects of effectiveness and what ‘being effective’ means — both professionally and personally. It was during my first professional work opportunity, straight out of school, and even with limited career experience, the content resonated and provided much insight. The experience still stays with me today, especially with regards to training and education. There is a TON of great knowledge regarding similar topics, but I have a great respect for 7 Habits, and I particularly love this one — Habit #7. A great reminder to make time to renew the body, mind, heart, and spirit. As training and education is vital to our growth, so is the time spent to invest in ourselves — and the big challenge — to do so routinely. Getting to #BeloHorizonte #Brazil was one of the hardest travels for Thomas, lately. He had to: Fight off acute #bronchitis, walk a few miles and run across the Panama airport with a hurt knee, take 4 flights, and 2 long car rides, but it is worth it!
